Shipping and Returns
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the US. As of 3/2021 the new site website is not setup for shipping outside the lower 48 states at this time. See our eBay link at the bottom of the page for worldwide shipping on some of our items on eBay. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to PO Boxes or outside the lower 48 states.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based corrected for dimensional sizing. The dimensional weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Please allow up to 24-48 hours (Monday-Friday) for your order to be processed. Most orders are processed within the same business day the order is placed.
We carry many items in stock; however there are times when we need to bring in items from other warehouses to ship from our Southern California location. You will be notified by your salesman of the actual ship date of your package if it's longer than 5 days.
All items on the website listed as "available" are either in stock, or close by the our warehouse. WCPMX utilizes several warehouses to source your parts.
Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@wcpmx.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. We do not provide return shipping label unless it's our error. If we do provide a return shipping label and it was found that it's not our shipping error the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like chemical goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as facemask products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items (closeout) or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item you have, and once the return is shipped, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
